How long is the creation time?

Each Jacob Madani piece is unique and thus, requires specific crafting techniques that can take different timing to make. Combining various know-how, our shoes take up to 3 to 4 weeks to create. Our belts and watch straps are made within 7 to 14 days.

How and when will my order be delivered?

The order is shipped once the pieces are ready. Depending on the type of object selected, the creation time varies (refer to "How long is the creation time?")

The standard Shipping time is 1 to 7 days in the United States. Once the order is shipped, a notification is sent by e-mail for confirmation.

How are Jacob Madani objects delivered?

Orders are delivered by UPS. An e-mail notification is sent when the order is shipped and enables the tracking of the delivery.

To ensure the highest security and make sure your creation is delivered to the right person, a personal signature of the recipient is required upon receipt of the package.

Where does Jacob Madani deliver?

Currently, Jacob Madani exclusively delivers in the United States. When completing the ordering process, if a delivery address outside of the United States is entered, the order will automatically be refused and blocked. Similarly, if the address is a post office box, the order will be canceled.

These measures are adopted to ensure a safe and high-quality delivery to all our clients.

What is the delivery cost?

At Jacob Madani, we offer different shipping methods that are available to best suit your needs. These differ in pricing and can be selected during the last steps of the ordering process.

The Next Day service - $65.00
